We keep what we need to run a night. We don’t sell it.
Name on the sheet, email, phone, the bar you named, the sports you marked, scores, and whether the season card or a night fee is marked paid. Magic links go to the email you gave us.
To sit you, score the night, email a login, and tell the house who showed. Circuit is public the night you play — name, track, W–L. Email, phone, and dues stay off the public card.
The house desk at your bar, Barsity operators, and you. We don’t sell lists. We don’t run ads off this roster.
Season records stay for the board and the Olympics seat. Ask us to drop a login and we will, as long as it doesn’t erase a night that already froze.
